Accessories: Refunds & Returns
- Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. - Non-Returnable Items:
Opened consumables (like printer cartridges/ink), personalized or custom-ordered products, and items showing signs of use/damage are not eligible for return or refund. - Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged accessory, please inform us within 48 hours of purchase. We will inspect the item and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund. - Return Process:
Please bring the product and purchase invoice to our store. Upon inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or exchanged as preferred. 
Repairs: Refund & Service Return
- Repair Service Refunds:
Due to the nature of repair services, refunds are not typically provided once a service is completed and the device is returned in working order. - Repair Not Successful:
- If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged any service/labor fee beyond any diagnostic fee discussed in advance.
 - In rare cases where an issue reoccurs and is covered by our warranty, we will re-examine and resolve the issue at no additional cost. Refunds may be considered only if the device cannot be returned to working condition after repeated attempts, at our discretion.
 
 - Warranty on Repairs:
Repairs include a limited warranty for parts and workmanship as specified on your invoice. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period with proof of service. - Exclusions:
Refunds or complimentary repairs are not provided for devices with physical or liquid damage after service, misuse, third-party tampering, or for unrelated faults that develop later.
